Pretty good result, with Andy Cassy again getting one more than Ed, who in turn got one more than Richard. Doubles win!

Andy Cassy did well to get a couple. Ed got a big fat zero. Enough said.

The customary couple for Ed, and big Andy weighed in with one too. Richard played really well too, and deserved to get more than just the one end. But didn't.

Andy Cassy & Ed both got two, and Richard should have got at least an end. Deserved a draw. Maybe.

Ed & Andy Cassy could only muster one singles win each, against different opponents, while Big Andy got an end. Nobody beat Gordon Elliott, tho' Cassy had him worried. Unlikely to lift us off the bottom.

Drawn against St Margarets A, currently top of the premier league. Had to get eight points a game to break even. Didn't. KO-ed. Maybe next season?

Two Andys again, plus the return of Ed (with a brace). Just one for Cassy again, but nothing for Mr Chattell this week. Probably should have got a draw for the effort that was expended.

— Oct 25, Sidegate Lane B —
The return of Cassy...and he got a point! Grenvyle was a late sub for Ed (pleading sickness). And big Andy can finally claim a point thanks to a great doubles win.

Best result so far, but we could and should have done better by about 3 points. Still, good to see Richard get on the scoresheet again, even though both Ed & Grenvyle should have got a point more each. And we threw away the doubles.

Oh dear. Oh dear, oh dear, oh dear. Very poor show all round. Not a point to our name. And will they be the best side we'll play this year? Let's hope so, though I doubt it. A night not to remember. Come back Mr Cassy.
